It’s rare these days that you call a company, they call you right back and then come out the next day to fix a problem. This was the case with Terry. We thought we’d have to spend $$$$ to get the garage door fixed or replaced. Terry came it and fixed it within an hour- no ordering parts, no upsell to a fancy new garage door. I could not recommend him enough. If you need your garage door fixed, this is your person!

Refused to wear masks even though my grandmother (they were working on her house) is immune compromised and severely at risk for Covid!!! She explained her condition to them, and they STILL REFUSED TO WEAR MASKS!!! If they are willing to endanger their customers to this degree, they do not deserve your business, and I highly question their business standards, ethics, and quality of work. They made it very clear that they were just there for a paycheck and that they simply do not care about the customer AT ALL. We will never use them again.
