I live very close to this place so sometimes I go in as its convenient. People here are very nice but they need proper training. First time we had ordered printouts via email we confirmed with them a day before they told us the print outs are ready. Next day I go to pick up, they are nowhere to be found.
Second time I went there I needed photo copies. The lady was nice enough to let me know they were short staffed and it will be a minute before she gets to me. I can use the self copy machine.
Third time today I went to ship something internationally. It took them 15 minutes to get someone at the fedex station. The heavy set gentleman who walked to the front to assist with fedex didnt even bother to acknowledge me. I was standing right there. He told the cashier to tell me international shipping is not going to work here. That was the last straw for me . There is a huge sign upfront saying fedex international shipping available here . They actually asked me to go to the fedex office. Because its not going to work here. After wasting 30 minutes is my time the answer is get is international shipping is not going to work.
I have shipped to Australia and New Zealand using fedex many many times before. I was just furious. Never never again.
