        Don't ever try to cash a check with Santander. I currently am a customer and they said my funds would not be avail for 2 BUSINESS DAYS. It's Friday! I'll be waiting until Tuesday. They rep said oh, and only $200 of the entire check will be available! I could have gone anywhere else!!!! They refused to suspend/cancel the transaction. They refused to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! Once it clears, I'm gone. I've never had to deal with a bank not giving me my MONEY! I can't pay my bills. I can't use my card! NOTHING! Go to a better bank or just cash it at Walmart. Mobile banking, quick and easy, right.

        Had to go through a long unpleasant experience with this Santander Bank when all I wanted to do was pay off my auto loan. Rep. was not knowledgable about the practice of paying off a Santander loan even through loan was through the main Santander Bank. Had to ask her to call the main bank. Needs to brush up policy & people skills. Not one bit of a pleasant experience.
