        I would give them a zero rating. They canceled my appointment when I arrived and claimed they called me two days prior to cancel. I showed them my phone they day they claimed they called to cancel and there was no phone call or voice message. I took off work to attend the appointment and there only solution was to reschedule me for another day,which would require me to take more time off from work. I showed them the text message I received from them two days prior, reminding me of the appointment and saying they looked forward to seeing me on the date they canceled when I arrived for the appointment.
