Complete Dental Care

I would give them a zero rating. They canceled my appointment when I arrived and claimed they called me two days prior to cancel. I showed them my phone log the day they claimed they called me to cancel, and there was no phone call. I took time off from work to attend the appointment, and their only solution was to reschedule me for another day, which would require me to take time off from work. I showed them the text message they had sent me two days prior, reminding me of the appointment and saying they looked forward to seeing me on the date they canceled when I arrived for the appointment.

This was our first visit and I am beyond impressed with everyone. Our son and daughter had their initial visits today and I was a bit nervous having come from my comfort zone in our hometown and State. Honestly, the entire team was so friendly, warm and made my 11 and 13 year olds feel safe and relaxed! This is huge for me, as I'm terribly nervous about dentists. Everything was explained to me and I was given wonderful referrals. Thank you to the team and I'm excited to get our 15 yr old AND both my husband and myself in!!
