        Keith no longer owns this agency some phantom Susanne Dwyer does. Never spoken with this person since she brought the company. Office staff gives incorrect information, makes policy changes with out notice or authorization. Im looking for another company as we speak Allstate has good discounts etc.

        Allowed my homeowner's insurance to lap with no notice. I was informed via voicemail the day after. Apparently, he sold his business but couldn't bother to notify a customer who he's been insuring since 2017. Super nice. Keith Cassidy should never be allowed to insure anyone or anything ever again. My home is just *SURPRISE* uninsured now thanks to his carelessness. Shoutout to you Ketih, you're a rockstar.
