They came on date and time made!! They were professional and very courteous!! The fellows were great with my dog. They Also help bring in my bottled water!! I highly recommend this company!!

Scott should be ashamed of himself for ruining his dad's business. Not professional, and not a man of his word. His installers screwed up the installation of my AC unit. They tried to fix it with electrical tape. The main drain pan was not installed correctly and the secondary was the only one working. Im lucky I didn't have a major leak in my ceiling! I had to have another company fix my problem. stay away!!! It might have been good when his dad started it, but they are terrible now. Service: AC installation

First let me say that when Carl Schneider opened Custom Aire, he did it with the best intentions and genuine respect and care of his employees and customers. Then he retired and Rob took over with no Hvac or business management experience and is continuously driving the business into the ground and losing respect along the way. It's like Rob's piggy bank as that is all he cares about is money and getting a new car every few months but will not put anything into the business or his employees. Unfortunately for Rob, you do not have to take my word for it as he has done this with every former employee and every supply house he has ever worked with. There was only one supplier that was willing to work with Rob and Custom Aire and even they were calling 4 times a week to try to get the money they were owed from Custom Aire. Go somewhere else for hvac services and employment as they will not even pay you the time you earned by never calling out.
