CHF Mechanical Services Inc.

My former management company supposedly used this company to do repairs for our rental. We just ended our contract with them because of their questionable practices, which made us dig into the work orders used over the past few years. According to them, CHF charged $490 to replace a kitchen faucet, and then a few weeks later charged another $135 to "reattach" the same kitchen faucet that they had just installed incorrectly. They also were called to repair a leak in the AC, which required three visits over the the course of a few months, costing us over a grand just to "fix" the leak. We had no say in any of these repairs due to the contract, but now we are writing this review to warn other customers. We work in the construction and will never work with these people for our own properties.

This company goes above and beyond on their service, they came out to my house to check on my gas heater, even though they didnt have to, less than five minutes in, and they already knew what was wrong with it, they couldve resolved my issue the next day, but they had to wait for the company that rents me the place to give the approved, The day that the company approved same day, they call me to establish whats the best day to come in and fix it, The people on the office and they employees that come out to do the work are 1000% friendly, I vote for this company and 100 thumbs up

Horrible company... avoid at all costs. Technicians are not knowledgeable, they diagnose the problem, request deposit of 50%, and then disappear for months with no communication. I've being without air conditioner because of this company for the whole summer because I paid a hefty deposit already. Find someone else, don't waste your money.
