Good morning Luis, thank you for choosing State Farm for your auto insurance. Unfortunately the payment you used to made originally came back needing to be verified as well as your second payment. Once you were able to provide that information we were able to resolve the issued and have your policy reinstated with no time out of force. This issue was from your bank and not from State Farm or my office but I am glad we were able to get it resolved for you and to help get your insurance straightened out. This verification would have been needed regardless of the person and regardless of the situation as there are strict regulations regarding auto insurance here in Pennsylvania.
