I also own a shop. They charged me twice the price of water pump on a Cummins motor. I would not use them again nor recommend them to anyone. You dont have to over charge someone double on a part. Thats the problem with most of these shops they think because there repairing your truck they can make any number up they want to on parts. Very disappointed in them. Stay away.

I took my trailer on Monday of this week to get an alignment done. Tuesday afternoon I have not heard nothing from them so I called and they said they were trying to determinate how to get it aligned. Then Wednesday I called again to get the status because I need the trailer and they told me that they were waiting for some parts pricing to get me a quote. Long story short I came down today (Thursday)to pick up the trailer because I need to work. They fixed two door hinges and the diagnostic of the trailer alignment. They billed me for almost $1300 which insane. According to them they worked more than 8 hours on my trailer which I am not agree because they did nothing on it just replace one hinge and replace a hinge pin. There is not way in this world that they spend 8 hours on doing a diagnostic. I will not recommend anyone to go there and if you read every Google review you will notice the behavior of overcharging customers and I was one of those.
