I dont usually write reviews unless I am very disappointed on numerous occasions. This use to be my go to shop because they use to value their customers but unfortunately money seems to supersede service and integrity. The trucking industry is unfortunately not what it use to be we are as independent owner operators hanging on by a thread and every dollar counts I have many friends that spend there hard earned money here because we dont want to be taken advantage and unfortunately that is not the case anymore I had an issue a few weeks back truck sat for a whole week and finally they got my truck out of derate. I pick up the truck drive home see a puddle of antifreeze on the ground upon inspection I find 2 broken coolant lines and my air filter box broken fine I replace it and so be it I let it go. Yesterday I have the same derate issue again so they tell me upon diagnosis I have bad def fluid and need a pump filter and drain. I bought all my own parts took them literally 30 min to complete and do a force regen . Then try to slap me with a 700 bill for a regen and 30 min of physical labor. Then they try to add services on the invoice that were not even completed. Now again today I am having the same issue texted the owners and no response now. I am forced to take it to another shop and lose more work and money. He has ripped off my friends many times as well and none of us will be returning. Please watch out for the shady buisness practices if you do go make sure you keep an eye on your truck while its getting repaired if not dont be surprised at all the unauthorized repairs on your invoices and lastly if your not prepared to spend the big money stay away all the owner sees is dollar signs and all they do is half fast work to get to come back and spend more its not the mechanics fault its the pressure of the owner honestly just take your busy elsewhere. Me and 10 other trucks I am associated with will not be back.
