Update: After consult with issues that occurred after front porch was installed Joe and Kelly were kind enough to come back out and tend to issues, no charge. Took the time out of their day to resolve the problem. Explanation of step height in order to pitch/grade away was explained, rather than do other option presented of additional cost, made more sense. Thank you Joe. Porch is beautiful. Would recommend. Charged extra to repair lawn damage caused by their equipment. Porch that was installed, step height not consistent. Would have cost additional money to have their mistake fixed by them. Do not recommend.

We had a whole backyard that the old owner let go with vines and over grown weeds , they dug up , leveled and re-seeded and also added a small retainer wall . Joe and his crew came and finished kept me up to date with calls & pictures since I was work most of the time . Would use again for my next project .

Called and left a message inquiring about leaf and snow removal. Didn't have the common courtesy, professionalism, or decency to return my call. UPDATE: they returned my call a couple of hours after my review was posted. A coincidence? Or did they receive a notification they received a google review and returned my call after seeing my review? Hmmmm.....

Kelly and her crew do great work. We have been using Papay Property Maintenance for over a year now for lawn cutting/care and landscaping. Their fall clean up this past year was amazing and made spring clean up and planting less costly as they could come right in and start edging, planting, and mulching instead of wasting time preparing the beds. Kelly has done a great job estimating my jobs and sticks to her estimates. Papay Property Maintenance has definitely beautified my property. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.
