Me: Vendor of US Tree Service. They buy things from me.This woman Joy has a sob story for everything. Oh my husband, oh my truck broke down, oh it rained, oh woe is me. It is excuse after excuse.  This company lives check to check and robs peter to pay paul.  We are in the Tree Service Industry, We all know of US Tree Service as a joke in the area. She refuses to pay her bills.  They owe us money and wont pay.  Stay away from this company. Very negative attitudes, the world is against her.

Contracted to Remove a Tree, Stump & Roots.Got the Tree down & out.Then came the Song & Dance about "Broken Equipment"Then, NO REPLY to a Phone Call. 5 TIMES!!!!!!Complaint Filed with BBB, Whom they Claim to be in Good Standing with.

Stay away from this company! They got the trees off the roof after the storm as well as two neighbors, however the damage list on our properties was extensive. This included ruining driveways with diesel and hydraulic spills and the weight of a full truck of wood chips setting on the hot blacktop for 5 days causing major cratering. Also leaked fluids on lawns killing grass and putting ruts in the lawns. Also avoided haul away costs by dumping tons on wood chips on neighbors trees in fence line killing them. They damaged previously undamaged roofs and gutters and cracked a sidewalk with careless limb cutting. They tried to charge my insurance double until they reigned them in, then tried to make up the difference by pressuring me. They have about a million excuses why things ended up the way it did. Just so glad to settle up for the original insurance payment and get them out of my life. Nuff said.
