Everyone was very nice and made the process of getting a new furnace very easy. The sales consultant Matt was wonderful. I was not able to meet the technicians that came to do the installation because of work. But my dog Waylon did get to meet them and he absolutely loved helping them with the project. I didn't have to put Waylon in daycare while they were there, that was a huge relief!

Maitz called and informed tech was on way, he arrived on time and completed work in reasonable amount of time. knew the equipment and performed necessary checks. rep went out of way to explain options and offered suggestions
