Ended up desperately needing Enterprise's assistance after my car was rear-ended and deemed very unsafe to continue driving until repairs were made. They were immediately able to help me out. I feel bad I didn't get names, but a very kind fellow picked me up from the body shop where I left my car and brought me over to their building to do paperwork. After just being in an accident, the last thing you want to do is have a stranger drive you but honestly he was great, friendly and drove cautiously.
The fellow at the Enterprise that did my paperwork was quick and knew it was me as I walked in. That was just a nice little touch to not have to explain who I was and what I needed. The car itself was clean and made for a great commuter. At the conclusion of repairs, I could leave the rental at the body shop and take my own car the rest of the way home. I really appreciate how easy and convenient they make it for drivers.
