        I had to make a reservation with very short notice. The Akron location was able to accommodate me which I didn't expect. When I arrived, the process was friendly and efficient and the vehicle was ready for me and clean. I was impressed.

        I would recommend this agency for quick and efficient car rentals. I have never had a problem nor nothing bad to report. 5 Stars is worth it!. Courteous staff, clean low mileage vehicles and competitive prices.
