    Be aware that if you book an initial appointment here, they will not schedule a cleaning - all you will get is a consultation from a dentist. After making space in my schedule for this appointment and driving to the office, I did not get a cleaning with my visit (the hygienist was booked and I was advised I would need to schedule a cleaning separately. because of course (!) dentists and hygenists have separate schedules). Never in my entire life have I encountered a dentist that did not offer a cleaning as part of an initial visit or regularly scheduled checkup. If this is the way the office operates, why didn't they ask me if I wanted a cleaning, and then offer an appointment that would accommodate that? Now I'll have to book a second appointment and take time out of another workday to go back. Dr. Simpson seemed like a very nice dentist but this office should make its practices clear. In addition, after filling out their new patient form, I received a text that a new appointment had been automatically booked for me - at a date and time that I had not even requested, which I think is also a strange practice. I had to call and reschedule an appointment with a date/time that I hadn't even asked for.

    I had a wonderful experience yesterday with everyone in the office! I hadn't been seen in quite some time and the care they provided to my teeth was thorough and much needed! Their new Dentist (forgive me, I dont remember her last name) was fantastic! Ive never had a dentist explain things and show me different techniques to improve my oral health and she did all of that and made me feel more knowledgeable and empowered! Eager to come back to complete my care plan!

    So many bad experiences. The most recent involved scheduling failures too convoluted to recount. When I showed up, still uncertain of the appointment time and what services were going to be performed that day, I was pretty stressed out from not being able to plan my day and somehow having missed an appointment the week prior that they tried to double book, I told them, very calmly, I couldn't deal anymore and was just going to leave. The lady at the front desk fired an abrupt 'fine, have a nice day' and within earshot referred to me as 'miserable.' Had she taken responsibility, just the tiniest 'my bad' the week prior I could've been understanding. Such unapologetically bad service and, as I say, this is not the first time. They've blamed it on short staffing before, but at this point it is no excuse. My job is extremely short-staffed as well. I have zero time for this kind of nonsense
