Been dealing with collections trying to resolve billing issues for years now. Never received bills in person or by mail. Bills went straight to collections and have been fighting the incompetent staff for 2 years now. They won't correct their mistakes. They won't return phone calls. Don't trust this company with your hard earned money.

Canceled my appointment because I wouldnt come in early and the dentist didnt want to wait until the appointment time I scheduled for my broken tooth. Still In pain, this office doesnt care.

The front desk is a mixed bag. The gal who helps with appointments and general reception is always cheerful and nice with a gregarious laugh. Bonus points for her. The gal in charge of billing, not so much. She seems to have a chip on her shoulder. And if she's responsible for the ridiculous amount of money I paid for a cleaning, well, that's just not ok or ethical. Read on. Even though Bright Now Dental is in network and is covered by my insurance, I was told I needed a "deep cleaning" as I was at risk for periodontal disease, and I ended up paying hundreds out of pocket. Hundreds. Even though I have insurance and this place is in network. I didn't even get my teeth polished in this "deep cleaning." Just ridiculous. I will say that I thought Dr. Lin was kind and professional, at least with me. On the contrary, the orthodontist, who is there only on Fridays, was rude, inconsiderate, and almost robotic in his mannerisms. I did find his assistant to be lovely, though. He should take notes from her professionalism. Needless to say, I'm not going back there. Be careful going to this place. The other negative reviews reflect my own experience. I was absolutely scammed in getting a cleaning. Nobody should have to pay hundreds when their insurance had the clinic and dentist in network.
