Intentionally post their low end furniture under the for sale by "owner" section vs instead for sale by "business" section of Craigslist, making it much harder to sort through the listings for pre-owned furniture . Upon calling them out on it, the slick guy on the phone tried to play it off as "oh, we have stuff posted all over the place, haha." Wrong answer. You dont make dozens of mispostings by accident.

I was very disappointed in the customer service here. I was referred to the store by family members. We purchased a bed and an adjustable bed frame and upon drop off and set up, it was discovered that the adjustable bed frame was broken. We ended up having to wait about two months to have it replaced with very little contact from the store. Any updates we got had to be forced by us first making calls to inquire. I don't feel that there was really ever a true empathetic apology. I did give two stars because we finally did get the part for our bed, but unfortunately, we won't be shopping here again and neither will our friends and family. I do hope that in the future, they care more about customer service so that their business can improve. I am not a customer that is difficult to please. However, I do expect to get my purchased items in a timely matter but am willing to even somewhat overlook that as long as the customer service reps are good about keeping me in the loop and show that they are truly apologetic
