        What a pleasure it was to have Brandon install our new closet! He was very attentive to his work, and upon completion, we were able to share with him how much we loved it and appreciated him! We had asked to add a shelf to the original plans and found that the bracket was too industrial looking for the beauty of the finished closet. He took care of it immediately. We can't say enough about Brandon: his knowledge, his skills, and his personable way! We will be forever thankful for him as we enjoy our wonderful closet! The process started with Gregory, our designer. He was amazing! Guiding us through and exploring all the options with us--he was so patient and knowledgeable and on the same page with our vision for our closet! We heartily recommend Closet Factory! It was an enjoyable project from start to finish!

        I've done a few projects with these folks. The first one we did when we purchased our home years ago was pretty good. Good work, good quality. However, subsequent projects have been delayed, no call no show, poor communications. I'm currently sitting here at 10:42 (8-10 start window) no call. No more biz here. Service: Custom cabinet design & installation

        Had two closets in the primary bedroom that needed custom closets designed and installed. Loved the design and thought that went into all the details - it looks great and maximized the space! Install was professional, efficient and very clean - and completed in one day! Great process and good value and definitely recommend. Service: Custom cabinet design & installation

        Not what I had hoped for. I was excited to work with this company however, my experience was not pleasant. I have tried working with two separate designers and both were beyond rude. I met one about a year ago onsite with my client. She acted put out and was so rude, my client asked for me not to work with her. Recently I tried working with Veronica. She was awful. Her attitude was terrible and even insulted my ideas via email. I was mortified. So I called Portland closet. What a night and day difference. So polite and professional. I just gave portland closet 11 more jobs. Pity, you guys should have been nicer to us.

      Andrew,We apologize for any frustration caused. At approximately 8:15. on the morning of your scheduled service, we left a voicemail with a message regarding the need to reschedule. Rescheduling was necessary due to an unforeseen event with the assigned installer. We again called later in the day and made contact. At that point, we were able to re-schedule the service for the following day. The following day, we were able to complete the service as needed.In retrospect, we should have called a second time or called the secondary phone number on file to confirm the need to reschedule. We apologize for the frustration we have caused.
