AT&T Store

Never can help you or they never answer the phone. I purposely called from the parking lot when the store had no customers. They just looked around and laughed.

I'm greatly appreciative of AJ's help for finding the right product and service for me. I am looking forward to purchasing future service and devices from this location. I will be a returning customer because of his proficient knowledge and advice in the services and products of all he has to offer. If there was a way of giving a rating more than 5 stars I would.

I dont want to even give this place a one star! I had the most absolute horrible experience with this store.... We were due for an upgrade and the person who helped us not only gave us the wrong bundle deal for the wrong phones, but they also sent the DirectTv tech. to a complete wrong address after we had already paid our installation fee! They gave us the run around that ended up to where we had to pay extra money out of our pocket for THEIR mistakes!! The manager at the time who was apparently trying to help us just randomly bailed and left her job without giving us any notice. Its been almost three years and I am still dealing with this issue!! The people they hire here are young adults fresh out of college/Highschool maybe and have zero customer service skills, at least the ones Ive had in the past! I am in the process of suing AT&T and the president of AT&T for all the emotional stress I had to go through and causing me to go into labor early at the time because of how frustrated and stressed out I was. Ive spoken to someone from the office of the AT&T president and they basically told me that There is nothing they can do. & The president of AT&T doesnt deal with customers. Who the heck owns a company and doesnt want to resolve an issue for them and especially if it wasnt the customers fault?!!! No person should take on a job as being an office president if you cannot handle or truly care about making your customers happy!! To be told those things has made me lose all respect for AT&T and I will NEVER go through them again nor will I ever recommend anyone to use them ever, unless you want to be told you owe hundreds of dollars for multiple mistakes they made and wont take accountability for it.
