I have had CPAP machines for ten years. I have been with Norco throughout. I just received my third PAP machine from them. Service has been excellent throughout.

This was a very pleasant experience to get my wife her CPAP supplies. Wendy was top notch and had useful suggestions to get the proper fit for mask. She really is highly qualified, with a wealth of experience with respiratory issues and had all the supplies needed.

My mom recently passed away and I was trying to settle all of her outstanding bills. One was for Norco, all with charges after the date that she died. That was how I learned she had a medical rental. I called and spoke with a lovely woman in Springfield Oregon who put in a request to reverse the charges and schedule a pick up of the equipment. The equipment was picked up the next day (also got a nice 'on my way' notification call from the driver) and that same lovely woman called me back, over two weeks later, to confirm that all the outstanding charges had been taken care of. Thank you so much Norco!

I picked up my CPAP today and RT Wendy helped me. She was thoughtful, informative and genuine. Very happy with my appt.
