        Unauthorized service expenses were added to my account with Medicare costing United Health Care and myself. I have spent years doing service with this company completely happy until Sept 2023 when an unauthorized extra service was added to my account. My Pulmonary Specialist said that this was illegal as the portable concentrator provided was inadequate for night time use. Apria refused to acknowledge my concern and continued to bill $760.48/month for unprescribed service. The date is now April 2024. I am cancelling my business with them.

        Calls me constantly about supplies and call 2 more times after to reconfirm. What a waste of valuable time.

        The absolute WORST!!! Sleep study was done June 26th. Machine was received October 23rd!!! FOUR MONTHS!!! Calling weekly, being given excuses weekly, refusing to escalate situation. Finally called prescribing MD, advised of situation and asked to transfer to a REPUTABLE company. Surprisingly enough, we received a call the next day and was told, we will take care of it. True to their word, we finally received the machine 10 days later so, a whopping FOUR MONTHS LATER, we FINALLY received the CPAP machine. YOU DECIDE!!
