Worst experience ever they let aggressive dogs in an I was almost attacked by 2 pits pulling their owner. They let people get away with stuff but will evict someone with disabilities.

The manager keeps putting tow notice on my vehicles. I've moved them like they asked but still get them put on my vehicles. I have taken pictures to prove I've moved them. I've lived here for 7 yrs and never had problems with any of the other mangers until now. Update The Management team didn't give me a notice of rent increase and now charging me a late fee for not paying a increase because I never got a notice!!! increased rent and pet rent.

Corporate has done good to me with any issues I've had in the past but the main reason for the 5 stars is the Maintenance guy, Jarred. He's always nice, and honest and does a great job fixing whatever is requested. I only see him so I'm assuming he's usually the only one here so especially for a 1 man show he does pretty good and is on top of everything considering how many apartments are here so I'm sure he's always busy. The man deserves a raise!

I have lived here for about 6 months and there are some pros and cons. I believe it would be a nice place if it wasn't for few bad neighbors and if they enforced the rules for everyone. The pros: - I have had really good exchanges with management and they have been really helpful. - The units are larger than most places in town for the same price. - It is close to everything The cons: It seems like there are a lot of rules that are not enforced for everyone such as: - Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed but neighbors have them anyways - Smoking is to be done off the property but people smoke in the courtyard/balconies anyways making all the apartments smell like smoke - Neighbors do not clean up after their pets - I was told grills were not allowed but a lot of people have them anyways There have been a couple of incidents that happened since I have lived here, neighbors will get intoxicated start fighting and screaming racial slurs at each other in the middle of night. There was also a large fight involving quite a few people from different units on Thanksgiving. Overall, I am not sure I would recommend this place to anyone unless there are some changes.
