I have rented two apartments in this complex, the first time starting back in 2010. I can tell you many of the issues other renters have complained about are true. This place was nice once, then they let things go like not cleaning gutters to cut cost to the point of rotting the walkways and walls with drainage. Most apartments have mold BAD because they never fix the pipes correctly, which caused me breathing issues. You will not get your deposit back here, in fact even if you were "prefect" and have proof you took care of the place they will still try and charge you for damaged walls and carpet, or tack on a "left something behind" fee if they so much as find a stray hair. I don't know what rent is now, but back in 2010 a 2 bed 1 bath was $375, when I left 4 years later that same place costed $575 with a notice of continual increase. They out right refuse to do maintenance unless it could get them fined and even then they still won't. I had a friend whos roof leaked for 2 years. Good enough neighborhood, close to a great many resources. Just avoid this place if you can.

I would avoid living here if possible. The management is terrible and it is a struggle every time you need something fixed. They keep raising the rent although the refuse to do anything about the black mold and often neglect to tell you when there will be large repairs going on which may effect your electricity or plumbing. While living here I also experienced leaks through my light fixtures in my kitchen ceiling as well as many other issues that were never fixed despite my many attempts to contact management.
