Absolute

Started at CrossFit Absolute in February to help overcome previous injuries from long distance training and to build a better foundation. The ramp up period was individually scaled to build foundational strength and to master form. I havent done these type of exercises for over two decades and sometimes ever. The training has helped me strengthen my core, back and has enabled me to achieve excellent fitness in a short period of time. Great group of people with similar values of hard work, continuous improvement and routine is the enemy

The coaching and programming provided by Rich and staff are challenging enough to push you, but also keep you coming back for more. CFA is an awesome gym that's constantly pushing me to be my best. Rich and the other coaches do a great job of programming the workouts so I can achieve the most for my efforts. Regardless of your current fitness level, these guys can help you get where you want to be.

I have been going to CFA (Crossfit Absolute) for 7 years now and I love it. The coaching staff is great and so are the other members that go here. I highly recommend this gym to everyone because you will be welcomed with open arms from the staff and the other members no matter what level of exercise you can do.

I have been going to CrossFit Absolute for many years. As my requirements for fitness have changed, injuries and AGE, Rich has always helped me modify my workouts to meet my goals. Great workouts and an even better environment.
