      image 0 stars if I could for AT&T in general. Been dealing with this for weeks. Phones ordered haven't arrived. Being passed from queue to queue and from a customer rep to another. Brand new-in-box Phones finally arrived and opened the box in store and got through the proper Rep to "Unreserved" the phone and no connectivity. Changed SIM card and still no connectivity. Waste of time and energy not to mention $ already spent buying phones and accessories galore for the whole family. Bought 3 brand new phones and $$ from accessories from Sherwood AT&T and their Manager was not helpful at all!
      Please do better AT&T. Train your Managers better at your non-corporate stores.
