Dr. Anna Boyd is an excellent Doctor. She digs deep with you to figure out the problems you are having. She talks to you so you understand what is going on. Thank you.

Don't go here they DO NOT CARE. I wish i could give this place 0 stars... They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! If you are chronically Ill DO NOT COME HERE!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. They send you out to other offices. They "send" referrals but they are never sent out, or it takes them MONTHS to send them out. (other doctors offices have NEVER taken months to send them out) the front of house is rude, and they never answer the phone, and when they do, they give you nothing but attitude. The front of house doesn't speak with back of house ever.

After waiting weeks for my new patient appointment, I was called a few days before and told that I as being rescheduled because the Dr was changing their schedule last minute. I explained that I had already waited weeks and that this was unacceptable. After some pushing I was able to get a phone appointment with a different Dr. When it came time for my appointment they called from a private number which I didn't answer, as I was waiting for a call from the Dr. I called the office after this happened to let them know. The receptionist was unhelpful and did not seem to care. She offered me an appointment for 10 days later but, no apologies or help. I understand that things happen, but how you handle them as a business reflects on you. Both times they seemed unfazed by their lack of professionalism, even when I brought it to their attention.

I love my PC & my therapist but the owner is another story. Jennifer Koonce, an MA there, violated my HIPPAA & Eric Davis's handling (or NOT handling) the situation has left me infuriated for months. He is a big shot in the community aparently & seems to only really care about image & money. The offense is a 10,000$ fine with up to a year in prison & yet she only got MORE HOURS in the clinic. I am thoroughly disgusted & now i can't trust them. He said it was merely a "mistake" on her part & offered to pay my phone bill. Then assured me it was not a bribe. His words, not mine. The clinic has not been the same since he took over. 2 of the providers there are fantastic & the peer support person. But violating HIPAA laws? Really?
