        Update 03.19.24: several yrs later & still storing with Secure Storage. Great family run facility (you can tell its not large corp owned) - consistent in cleanliness and the office staff is very responsive! Very happy with the quality, security & cleanliness of the facility. They are very responsive to our needs individually.

        I have storage units at Redmond and Prineville. Both staffs are great. Hard to find any better ones in Central Oregon.

        This is by far the best storage facility that I have ever used! It is super secure, well maintained, just all very professional. The customer service is incredible! The nice lady (Gem) in the office goes above and beyond with any help you may need with making payments or securing additional units for any future storage needs. Secure Storage in Redmond Oregon is worth the drive from anywhere, or worth the wait for an opening unit. If for any reason you need extra storage, do yourself a favor and check here first!

        I like that my price didn't go up when they raised their prices. I also like that the security is not just on the gate but also individual sheds.
