        While moving out we were threatened by the front office manager, Heather, in an email that if we did not pay an extra $100 immediately we would be charged the full amount the next month. We had multiple vehicles to help move and did not individually input our gate code. It was entirely unnecessary and she was confrontational and rude..

        Stay away from Yew Ave self-Storage. Apparently, they have unwritten rules that are strictly enforced. Would be nice to know ahead of time. Will be moving out of my three units as soon as possible.

        We shared a storage unit with a friend for almost 10 months. It was good enough to store a dozen boxes. The unit was standard size. Nice and clean unit and I never saw any other people using the units when we adding and subtracting our boxes.

      I am sorry you felt that way. Even when moving out everyone has to follow the rules, which include no tailgating. We take our security very seriously
