This has been my bank since day 1 of opening my business, going on 16 years!
They are always professional and courteous.
As to the comments below from A. Munoz, I have a hard time believing any of that story. I've seen this team bend over backwards and help all people and have never witnessed anything close to that kind of behavior.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. Very helpful, professional and friendly service. I opened my first checking and savings at the Fred Meyer branch in Redmond, OR. I was leary at first but I needed a bank that was available in other states besides Oregon. I have no regrets.

This branch is absolutely amazing. Darren, the manager, has kept an incredible level of service that I can always rely on, no matter who is working there. So thankful to have someone in my corner when it comes to banking. Thank you!

I had excellent customer service from Edward Zacharias-Whipple in regards to changing the beneficiary on our accounts as well as researching information on our safe deposit box at another branch. I highly recommend him!

We went in to get something notorized, weve been customers for over twelve years and the notory wasted fifteen minutes looking through a book not sure if he could accept my signiture because it has an enya in it. Then deciding he could do it, conviently ran out of time because his shift was over. The manager came over after the notory wasted another five minutes waiting to ask his manager if he could do it and basically yelled at us for taking all of his employees time. I have never felt more embaressed or humiliated in my life. We asked very kindly if they could simply stamp our paper that was time sensative and the manager continued to berate us. Terrible, horrible service. We will be in touch with better buisness bearue. We ended up going to a different bank who got it done within five minutes.
