A ridiculous amount of training talent exists in this space. Whether you are training for an Iron Man, or simply needing to find a way to move beyond all of that pandemic couch time, you will find an experienced and insightful teacher here. This is not, delightfully, a planet fitness or Orangetheory type of gym experience. Everything is extremely personalized, and the trainers (with backgrounds in physiology, personal training, and even a former Olympian) are not remotely interested in having you bounce mindlessly along to some sort of pre-recorded workout. They customize everything for where you are in your fitness journey and goals, and stress the idea of fitness independence, so you can take their years of experience home with you in all kinds of ways. I have spent, literally, decades trying to find the right fitness fit and this is it!
