I got a facial here and I asked for no extractions. I knew from getting professional facials in the past that extractions were not appropriate for me due to having thin skin - a professional esthetician I trusted refused to do them on me. The esthetician at Sante still wanted to do extractions, and asked if she could do light extractions and be gentle. Unfortunately I felt pressured into doing it and said yes. During the extractions (not sure how they could be done gently) she broke a capillary on the tip of my nose and it has never healed since that facial! It looks like I have an open unhealed small red wound on my nose and it is very visible. The dermatologist told me it was a broken capillary and there is nothing to do to address it. If the esthetician had been more knowledgeable or heeded my request, my skin would not have gotten damaged. I reached out to Sante to give them this important feedback. I never heard back from them.

I have been coming here for massages, spa treatments Botox and injections for a few years now. I love this place. I recommend Dr. Wiggins to anyone looking for any injections like Botox or filler. Their spa facilities are very peaceful and massages are amazing and priced very affordable considering the space .

Just had a 60 minute facial with Susanne- easily the best facial of my life. Usually I cant fully relax but I was almost asleep the whole service. I got a couple products and some samples Im excited to try out, and Ill definitely be back!

SANTE is a welcoming space in a beautiful historic brick building in Portland. Their skin services produce results with each visit, and it is well worth it to be consistent with multiple appointments. My esthetician Mary Ann is such a wonderful person to engage with on all the details!

I used the spa services and was able to get an hour of relaxing time. The spa has a steam room, excellent dip pool, hot tub, and UV light room. It is also located downstairs. The staff was very friendly as well. I called them to schedule a time in the spa and got some time on the same day. They also have chocolate downstairs to eat as you enjoy your experience, which didn't go unnoticed. I'd certainly come back.
