Had pictures in June taken of my family. It is Oct and we have never received the pictures. I have tried several times and methods to get in touch with the photographer and have never heard anything back. I have to believe she stole our money at this point as we had pre-paid.

We also had family pictures taken by Jamie, including grandmothers from out of town, and pre-paid for the service in July 2014. She very nice and personable in person, but its been 3 months, and Jamie and staff(?) have ignored our phone calls and emails without response. Unfortunately had we researched beyond her website we would have learned about past BBB complaints in addition to negative reviews citing similar experiences of paying in full and not receiving any photos or offer of re-takes or a full refund.

horrible customer service! took pictures of my son for her calendar and then never posted them for me ever. been a year sense and never received any photos. Im not the only customer to not get my pics.

never got my picture back.. horrible!
