Sara Spettel, MD

I feel confident in the care I am receiving from Dr. Spettel. On my first visit I was feeling somewhat anxious. When she came in to speak to me, she had already reviewed my test results ordered from a different doctor and she had a plan going forward. She was great. She was straight forward, eased my anxiety, and had a plan for my care. I am grateful I found her.

Dr. Sara seen me instead of the Dr I usually see. Do to the other Dr not being available and me having urgent issues. Sara seen me and assured me, that she would take care of me. She schedule me for a minor procedure, a week after. I was told to wait for a call, to get instructions on my procedure. I never heard from anyone, I called no answer or call to me after leaving a message. So I went to Saras office in person, a day before procedure and she had not scheduled me for my procedure. My Wife and I even took off work ( Wednesday to Friday) cause I thought I would need it off, do to my procedure. So I never got taken care of. Im looking forward to seeing a different doctor, with better customer service and one that really cares for there patients.
