The team is responsive and and prompt with replies. It is clear this is a busy office that serves many patients. I was little taken aback by how perfunctorily everything was. I never really felt that anyone care about me the individual. While I was waiting for my first appointment a mother and daughter were in the waiting room and the mother was in a rather large wheelchair. When they were ready to leave they struggled with the door, I jumped up to assist. The clinic staff didn't ever look up from their work. Although everyone was doing their job, that really was it, they were just checking a box.

Dr V is a wonderful doctor and My experiences with her were great. She had an idea what was wrong and how to treat it and she had this idea before I asked her. When I asked her she outlined what she thought and what she was going to do and it was effective within about a week. I have had her as a kidney surgeon also. The operation went smoothly. She was always helpful and kind.

Fast, easy and professional. My doctor sent me to her and that is all anyone needs to know about how this doctor is seen by others in the profession. Kidney gone - back to life. My doctor was correct - Dr. VanDlac is who you send your patients to when cancer rears it's ugly head.
