Disclaimer: I try to leave only positive reviews of businesses, which you can see from my review history. While we are not hiring this company to do the work quoted, I felt like we owed it to other homeowners and businesses in the area to share the outrageousness of the quote we received from them. Weve had 6 arborists come out to quote the removal of a large rotting walnut tree in our back yard. It is not an easy job - garage, fence, etc. adjacent, however every other quote has ranged from 4k-7.5k. Urban Forest Pro quoted the job at 28.6k, inclusive of a 15k crane rental. Do with that information what you will. Before the business comments they have not had contact with me, my husbands name is Julian (different last name from mine) and I had planned to post redacted screenshots of the quote (hiding personal info only) but unfortunately it is not letting me add photos.

Urban Forest Pro recently removed a 50' Blue Spruce that fell in our yard. The entire process was marked by courtesy and professionalism. Job site cleanup was first rate. We are a repeat customer, and will keep coming back for our arborist needs.

Fraudulent and rude owner. He posted fake no parking signs in front of our house and confronted us about moving cars that were parked on the street and not even ours by the next morning. We called Washington County who came to our house two days later after they had left and confirmed no permits were issued through them. We are in a Washington unincorporated neighborhood. We also called City of Portland just to check and they too confirmed no permits issued. Also both City and County confirmed that legit no parking permits require 72 hours notice to the residents. We cant believe how aggressive and rude and fraudulent this man was in our neighborhood that had just suffered big storm tree damage and where most neighbors and people were very supportive of each other.
