I recently moved to the area and was looking for a reliable place to have my car serviced. I've used them a few times already and have been impressed each time. I've never felt pressured or up-sold into something I didn't need. I've even had a tech call me and tell me that a repair was going to end up being significantly cheaper than originally expected. My most recent visit was to have a tire plugged and the manager introduced himself and waived the fee and got me on my way in a matter of minutes.

I have a strong suspicion that one of the techs at Division Tire swapped my good battery out the last time I got my oil changed and they put in a bad battery. It's so sad because I had been going there for a while. they built my trust up only to STEAL FROM UNDER MY HOOD !!! IM FURIOUS!!! I will NEVER recommend this place and will continue to warn others about how untrustworthy this place is.

Beware of this place now... It's owned by Goodyear and is completely different! Went in for simple alignment on my Plymouth Neon came out to be $89.95, they come out and tell me they cannot do the alignment due to apparently all of my brakes needing to be done, my tires, and front left wheel bearing which that I can understand why alignment couldn't be done. Prior to me visiting here I JUST got new front tires same day and after I left Division Tire one of my tires conveniently has a fresh chunk missing off the side which looks to be cut off by them in attempt to tell me my tires were bad... Almost forgot to mention all of those repairs I apparently needed added up to $1,660 which is highway robbery, DON'T GO HERE!

i had been a customer there for 25-30 years under Mike and Rodger- those guys were great. the place was bought a few years ago from the autobody shop next door. I have not had good luck with the new owners.issue 1)i paid the old owners for a new battery. the battery failed, still under warranty, the new guys would not replace the battery because they do not buy from Interstate Battery any more. my option was to try and find someone who would exchange the defective battery, or have them put in a new battery- at full price. i was not happy!issue 2)i had Mike and Rodger put on some expensive tires for my car (it was the 4th, and last set i will ever get at Division Tire. they were about $800.00 installed in the past. all the tires were bought there, like most respectable businesses like Les Schwab and all others i have talked with. i called Division Tire 12-16-2020 to see about getting them rotated. there response was they would charge me $19.95 instead of there typical charge of $29.95 for a service that should have been free.    i did take i did take the car to a different mechanic and they rotated them for just $15.00 never seeing me before.consider this warning if you are thinking of doing business with this lot. they will do what ever they can NOT to stand behind their name.  keep in mind i bought ALL the services at Division Tire, not just Mike and Rodger. it was with the company not just the people. when they bought the company i feel they bought the customers, location, and the obligations. Division Tire should stand behind the products and warranties, but they did not for me!!
