I had arranged to have 19 people transported at 4pm and another 30 people at 5:45 from a hotel to wedding venue In Portland. It was booked 2 months in advanced, confirmed 2 days in advanced and no one showed up to pick up my guests. After calling the company the dispatcher knew nothing about it and said he was sending over vans. 45 minutes later nothing showed up so had to Uber our guest to venue. No apologies were given or explanations from dispatcher or managers. Extremely unprofessional behavior when dealing with them both.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Requested a cab online 3 days in advance to get to the airport from downtown. I got an email that confirmed the request. However, they never came to pick us up. I called them after 15 minutes of waiting, they said they'd be here in 10 mins, but never showed up. They even blamed me for "probably selecting 'inquiry' instead of 'request' on the online form", which I did not. Called Uber instead and it came in a minute. I wish I saw the reviews here first.

Expensive, and no transparency on pricing! $50 taxi ride from PDX to Woodstock?! Before getting in the car, I asked the driver what the rates were. She was unable to tell me as "she didn't know". There was a 3.00 surcharge for using a CC for payment as well. The meter started at more than $7.00. Next time I will use Radio Cab or Lyft like I normally do. Driver spoke very little English as well.

The worst taxi ever reserved a ride for my mom for Christmas Eve at 12 noon and it's almost 5 p.m. they lost my reservation I had email confirmation and they don't care. And still haven't got my mom to my residence this was a wheelchair equip vehicle that we needed I'm in total disbelief at the way they treat you. The worst is they lie and keep lying about everything
