On time, courteous driver, but the vehicle could be a little bit cleaner. But everything else great.

Booked the cab a day in in advance to make sure I got it on time. Cab didn't arrive on time so called them and they said that even with online reservations there's no guarantee that the cab will arrive on time. Makes no sense, why reserve the cab online if the pick up on time is not guaranteed??? The driver just called to say they can pick me up in 20 min. 30 min after the time i needed to be picked up.
