    Not sure about the business over all but as a U-Haul rental location AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I was rented a U-Haul that broke down 3 hours into my trip only to be told by the tow company U-Haul sent that there were absolutely no brakes on the truck and it was pretty much metal to metal. You could see the sparks flying from the back of the truck. DO NOT RENT A U-HAUL HERE or anywhere.

    I had a new camper I bought out-of-state. There were a few issues after the first few months of owning.some minor and some critical. I reached out to Family Fun to schedule the warranty repairs. The crew was very responsive and very knowledgeable. They handled everything with the manufacturer and completed quality repairs. Great place its great staff!

    We got a very good value on our new EVO Forest Rive RV., especially when comparing to other RVs, even used ones! Our Sales Agent Jerry has been very helpful when we have had questions about operating our RV. Service department has been thorough in checking it out for follow up servicing. We are very happy with our RV and glad we purchased it from Family Fun RV!

    We originally found the model of trailer we purchased in Arlington, WA where we lived. We were using proceeds from the sale of our house and we wanted to put a deposit down, and pay cash for the trailer when the house closed. The dealer wasn't willing to do that, so we continued our search. It turned out Family Fun RV was the only dealer that had the trailer, and they were willing to accommodate us with the deposit, so we paid the deposit and began the purchase process. During the process, my wife was corresponding with Jerry regarding pricing, add-ons that might want, etc. One of the things that we were quoted on was a re-curve r6 weight distribution hitch. We were given a price, and told that the hitch was on sale that month, so it would be a bit cheaper. Great! Now, to the day of purchase...shane had previously called my wife and scheduled the appointment for 2pm on a Saturday. Our house was a 4 hour drive from the dealership, so we left at approximately 10am. Upon arriving, Tom, their technician (who was amazing to us), came and greeted us and showed us our trailer briefly because another customer was finishing up their purchase, but had to leave and said shane would be out in a few minutes to help us. By 3:30, we still hadn't been helped, and Tom comes back apologizing and tells us "I told shane you guys were ready a while ago". Why did we schedule an appointment, only to be left sitting in a trailer for an hour and a half? With all the info being thrown at us, it was kind of hectic trying to keep track of everything going on. Upon arriving home, I realized that we were sold a different hitch than what we were quoted on. Now, I don't know what pricing this dealership uses, but from what I've been able to find, there is approximately $200-300 difference between the model I was quoted on, and what I received, but we were charged for the more expensive version. I'll give these guys credit. They were very accommodating to our situation in the beginning. However, it seems that their customer service went out the window once they had our deposit. If you're looking for a good deal, this might be your place. Personally, I'd be willing to bet that you can find similar pricing and better service elsewhere. Edit: Shortly after posting this review, my daughter went to use our shower for the first time. Turns out there is a leak coming from the base of the shower wall that causes water to spill over the top of the shower pan and all over that bathroom floor. So much for the $1500 pre delivery inspection I got charged for! What a joke!
