Bought a trailer in September microwave wuit with in week with this heavy rain on the coast there was water pouring out under the trailer took it a local dealer it was all dry rot on front of trailer the trailer is not worth the cost of repair we are out a trailer and significantly amount money just check more closely when buying if I done that I would have seen warning sign there was issue now they say there was 30 day warranty on appliance there was nothing metion about warrenty on appliance

Buyers beware! We purchased a nice Fleetwood Discovery diesel motorhome in late February 2021 from Budget RV. One of the selling points was that they said they would be replacing the generator since the original was not working. They said they would replace it with newer (as in, not original) marquis gold. Cutting to the case: on our first camp trip the generator would only run for 20 to 50 minutes before shutting off and noticing the regulator was frozen. Same thing happened on the second trip. We took it into camping world in Wilsonville for diagnostic and they said we had the wrong generator. It was an LPVapor generator when our MH was plumbed for LP Liquid. I had no idea and learned something new. Then after our 3rd trip we took it to Crutis trailer for a second opinion. They showed the generator serial number and confirmed that it was not correct for the RV it was LPV. I contacted Budget and our sales person said they would make it right and call back with a solution after talking to there mechanic. Never heard back and it's now Sept. I understand that I bought this as is, but they should have checked his before replacing the generator. Word of advice, be careful and check everything or have a professional check it out before buying. MH deserves 5 stars but Budget only deserves a 1 or 2 star for this soon to be expensive fix. Regardless of what false rebuttal this dealer may claim the fact are in. They installed the wrong generator (as shown on the equipment model #, see image). LPV generator installed in place of a LP liquid generator and liquid LP is indicated in the owners manual and on the LP tank. LPV will run on LPL until the regulator freezes. Unfortunately, who tests a generator at the dealer for up to 60 minutes. It is unfortunate that this dealer must resort to lies and twisting words to get a better rating and make the customer look bad. The owners son is the one who made a commitment to resolving this issue including the option to plumb into the appliance tank or to look into the feasibility of a vaporizer. They have come to realize they were wrong and made a costly mistake that is why they never returned the call. Own up to your mistakes.
