They did a great job remolding my kitchen. The first set of cabinets had a huge void, I emailed about fixing this and they called me in less than five minutes and fixed the problem. There where a few hiccups like there always are in a project like this, they always responded quickly and fixed the problem. I would recommend them for your remolding needs. Service: Remodelling

We had a great experience working with Arthur and his team for our kitchen remodel, which included drywall work, building of an island/cabinets, and a good amount of electrical work. They offered great suggestions for the updates, and creative ideas on how we could work within our budget. Both Arthur and Joe were both incredibly responsive throughout the process, sometimes even coming out within the hour when we had questions. We couldn't be happier with how the project turned out, and would definitely recommend Modern HomeCrafter for any work, big or small.

Highly recommend these guys—I worked with Ivan and Joseph and they were awesome. I used them for tiling/grouting my bathroom floors and shower walls/niche, so not "full" remodel. Because it wasn’t a full remodel I think they fit me in very quickly into their schedule which I very much appreciated. I originally planned to do all the tiling myself, but ended up feeling overwhelmed and had these guys come in to finish my project. It was obviously much more expensive than doing it myself, but I'm glad I had these guys do this. They worked with my existing layout (which I think I kind of screwed up), and they also worked with my conceptual design to get exactly what I wanted (including large format in shower area, which is somewhat tricky with all the cuts and sloping). Ivan and Joseph both pointed out many factors I overlooked to make sure there were no issues during install, or aesthetically. The whole tiling process also went very quickly, about a week. This company did a horrific job of installing a shower in my basement bathroom. They over charged by so much. When it came to tiling they repeatedly tried to pressure me into paying an extra 3k to have them install a basic white tile. I refused and decided to tile myself (I've done it many times before) only to find they did not square off a single corner of the stand in shower. The faucets are not centered, the waterproofing layer is so sparse in places it's essentially transparent and the slope of the floor aims down into a corner instead of the drain. They also had to drill into the cement to lay the pipes, when they poured cement back over it they didn't bother to level or smooth it out. We also did not pay for electrical (we have an electrician in the family); they managed to "trap" a live outlet in the shower stall and when asked about it they refused to correct the mistake. Last but not least, they BROKE the only light socket and tiptoed away without saying a thing so now I have to install an entirely new light fixture. Easily the absolute WORST company I have ever worked with. Don't waste your time or money. They will take advantage of you in every way possible.
