Extremely professional, quick, and smart. Jason has been with me on day 1 with my current engine build. Answering hundreds of questions, over night shipping on any parts I needed while finishing the build. Also met with me on his personal day off to allow me pick up the engine (4 hour drive, hard to get there on a weekday). This is my 3rd engine this year, needless to say, I feel much more confident in this build then I ever did with the other builds. Ive had terrible experience with other performance shops around the country. This shop is a power house, has the best of the best employees. Erich is also a mastermind when it comes to tuning, and is easily the best, if not one of the best on the west coast. Its worth all your time, and any of your money to get it done correctly when it comes to wanting a fast car. After all, faster is better.

Staff changed... I'm just do it your self at home guy that does some racing on the weekends when I have the time off work and am not working etc. Wife has a 2019 trd gt86 I go in to pre to buy oil and a filter. Cool people to talk to, great environment. Anyways I get shorted a qaurt on oil. I also get the given the wrong filter. Stuff sits a week in the living room. Dog chews part of box up for the oil filter. I end up doing the oil change discover it's the wrong one. It's Saturday at the time so it's an inconvenience as I have a basket case motorcycle in the driveway I'm selling, so I can't just leave and go to the parts store for another filter+pre is closed. Friend comes by to buy the harley project brings a filter, so then I notice I'm short a quart of oil. Alright work all week etc. Call today, tell this story, guy says we'll what do you want me to do? I said I don't know man in store credit? He says I'm getting an attitude. "It's a filter", I said you know know what forget about it I'll do business some place else. I hoped maybe they might give me in store credit? He's right it'd just a filter, it's just my time, your just the professional tune shop. I liked it better when Zach worked there, but I'm not a pre customer I guess I don't have a million dollars to pay these guys to build my car for me. I also am to educated on cars. If your an idiot with loads of money and you want your car built take it here. You'll talk to some kid with a huge ego that will tell you how he would do it etc.

This shop is absolutely amazing! I originally came to PRE racing to get my Subaru STI alignment and after talking with Kevin, I ended up getting some more work done to my car. I didnt have a ride home so I had to wait for my car to be done(which didnt take that long). During that time, Kevin (who works at the front counter) gave me a tour of the shop and the run down of PRE racing and what they do. Every aspect of this company was far beyond my expectations. The attention to detail from the mechanic who did the work under the hood was exquisite. Everything was ran perfectly and tucked out of the way. They help and service from both Kevin and Jay are amazing. I highly recommend this shop. If youve been looking for a great performance shop thats has the best quality of work Ive personal seen come out of any mechanic shop. I looking forward to the engine build that I will be doing with them in the future.
