My mother had an appointment there and when arriving asked for an Interpreter and was denied one. Legally she is to be provided one in the state of oregon. There was paperwork that needed to be filled out and when asking for help was turned away. She was told she could fill the paperwork out of reschedule due to no interpreter.
I then called back and asked if they had interpreters and they stated they did when I asked to speak to a office manager I was told there was none but then was on hold and spoke to the provider in office one of the doctors and he stated well thats a communication issue with your mothers english
