        We bring our dog here for grooming and they do an excellent job and are so quick. Everyone Ive encountered at the store is friendly and knowledgeable and so pet enthusiastic. They carry the brands of food and litter that our household uses and their text scheduling for grooming appointments is so incredible easy. We come to this spot because it is the closest pet specialty store to us, but I recommend it regardless.

        I have a German Shepherd who does not like baths! I come here for the tub and it is the best ever!! They also have everything you need to wash your pup ie. shampoo, nail clippers, even an apron for you!! They also have healthy, yummy treats as a reward after (for my pup, not me!) Love this place, it has saved my life!

        I wanted to love this place BUT had a very unpleasant experience with grooming my pet. Came in to a scheduled grooming appointment and they told me I had to groom him myself even tho I had scheduled and booked to have a professional groom my dog. Was handled very poorly and wont be back to this location.

      Hi Naomi,We apologize for yesterday's confusion. When you arrived, based on the conversation you had with staff, we had assumed you were here for a self service dog wash appointment.At no point were we made aware that you had a grooming appointment. When you had asked about the grooming services, it was explained that it was by appointment only-- but it was not relayed to us that you did, indeed have an appointment until after you had bathed your dog, left the store and reached out to our grooming scheduler.This was a simple miscommunication, but regardless, it should not have happened. We apologize deeply for the confusion and upset. That said, we will strive to do better in the future. Best,Celeste, Owner
