Ms Reisman was a great help to me. I came to her with my legal problem which was also a great source of stress. She was very responsive to my request, and helped me personally. She provided relevant and useful information and also showed that she cared about me and my well-being. She is very knowledgeable and also showed that she is a kind and caring human being, and not just looking for clients, but does want to help people.

I also contacted Joanne through a free service.  I had missed a phone hearing and wasn't sure if I needed the services of an attorney.  Joanne took the time to go over my situation thoroughly and promptly.  I was extremely impressed in her knowledge and honesty.  She was detailed in her emails and obviously put a considerable amount of thought into my situation to recommend the best course of action.  She will be the first attorney that I will recommend for any family law matters.

I tried to call and get some help or a referral as I was driving. My phone call dropped several times, as I do not get great service around the city. When the call finally connected, it turned out to be the rudest person on the phone. She basically yelled who are you, you need to stop calling, and what do you want. No customer wants to be yelled at for no reason on the phone. I am glad I found someone else with customer service skills.
