He was easy to communicate with, always responding promptly and professionally. He got me a great deal and he seems to truly care for cyclist in the Portland area.         I was in the wrong place at the wrong time twice three weeks apart. Meaning I was rear-ended and badly hurt. I was recommended to this firm in Portland Oregon. Cynthia Newton and her assistant Amber Pollard were angels and heroes to me as I lived in another state and took care of everything for me I would highly recommend this firm to anyone!!!
