Came to purchase photography prints at this location as the location near our residence is going out of business. Preordered with specific instructions (amount of each print, trimmed edges) and verified that the content was ok to print. We got the ok and cake to pick up our order only to find that our prints were misnumbered, unfinished and on top of that we were told that we could no longer print there due to our content. We have contacted corporate and verified that our content is within company guidelines. When we asked for our prints to be cut to the correct size, Hannah said it would take awhile so we had to cut it ourself. While cutting our order we overheard two tech employees laughing about over charging someone to install software on their computer. The entire staff of at least 6 employees did nothing but make us feel unwelcome during our entire 40+ minute transaction. No wonder they are going out of business!

It's very surprising to me I've been going to the store for five years and then now I noticed that they're closing. I've always considered them an excellent store the employees were helpful and several became my friends. All I can say is they will be missed.
