Every time I come in here I get poor service abd some some sort of attitude from the employees 😒

I had to get some funeral announcements made up. I was very upset with a family member passing and I was very flustered. Mary, the printing supervisor, was so patient and helpful. I couldn’t email the correct format to her and then I emailed the wrong files and I just kept screwing everything up. Mary was so efficient and competent. She was so compassionate about my situation. I was so touched by her kindness, I was in tears when I left. I’m so glad she was there that day or I never would’ve gotten anything accomplished. Thank you Mary.

straight up ripped me off. I purchased a UHD monitor from them. i was surprised to learn that it was not proper sale as promised but was a "floor model" not a good sign. upon getting it home i learned that it was actually an inferior 1080p model. which new and in box would be worth easily 100$ less, never mind that it was a floor model, with no box, manuals or cables. it is not what i paid for and i think they knew and hoped i wouldn't find out. the image is the smoking gun. my computer recognizes it as different model than the invoice from the company. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They'll rip you off. AVOID.
